London Health Sciences Centre's ADR

An adverse drug reaction is defined as a noxious and unintended response to a drug which occurs at doses normally used or tested for the diagnosis, treatment or prevention of a disease or the modification of an organic function. Within the London Health Sciences Centre, the Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) Reporting & Prevention Program is mandated by the Drugs & Therapeutics Committee and the Medical Advisory Committee, and is administered by Pharmacy Services.

Dishout IT Solutions developed a web application to track Adverse Drug Reactions that occur within the London Health Sciences Centre.
