London Health Sciences Centre's Formulary

A formulary is a compilation of drugs or drug products in a drug inventory list. The London Health Sciences Centre's (LHSC) Formulary is prepared under the direction of the Drug & Therapeutics Committee and the Medical Advistory Committee. The LHSC Formulary system involves the selection of formulary drugs and the sharing of information, education and feedback.
